OUR COMMITMENT
Safety with purpose
Safety is more than a requirement it is a responsibility at Paxon. We believe every person deserves to go home in the same condition they arrived. That belief shapes our culture, our procedures, and every decision we make in the field and at the office. We call this commitment Safety With Purpose a mindset that values people first and drives disciplined execution in our work.
OUR STANDARD
We believe zero is achievable
Zero incidents.
Zero harm.
Zero excuses.
This is not a slogan it is our standard. We engage every employee, supervisor, and subcontractor to take ownership of their work environment and the safety of those around them.
Through continuous training, proactive communication, and field leadership, we empower our teams to stop work, speak up, and make safe decisions every time.
Safety is not managed it is lived.
PRACTICAL DISCIPLINE
How we get to zero
We work in unpredictable environments pressure, weather, terrain, equipment, traffic, product flow. So, we follow practical, disciplined rules:
Start safe
Conduct job safety analysis (JSA) before work begins. Everyone signs on everyone understands the job
Stop-work authority
Anyone can call a stop. No one argues the stop.
Know your line of fire
Identify pinch points, suspended loads, and moving iron. Never place hands where you would not put your face.
Always wear PPE
Use FR clothing, gloves, eye protection, hard hats, steel toes. Additional PPE is required when required.
Pressure awareness
Treat every line like it is live. Confirm isolation, depressurization, and lockout/tagout before breaking containment.
Equipment control
Inspect tools daily. If a tool is damaged tag it out and replace it.
STANDARDS and ACCOUNTABILITY
Compliance
Compliance is how we protect people, equipment, and the communities where we work. We follow clear standards and documented procedures so every job is done safely, consistently, and with accountability.
Compliance done right
Our field teams operate in alignment with:
- OSHA 1910 and 1926
- DOT and PHMSA pipeline safety regulations
- Operator-specific OQ requirements
- Paxon SOPs
We do not check boxes we follow processes that stand up in the real world.
