Ashish Kataria

Principal owner

Provides strategic oversight and capital stewardship for Paxon Energy and Infrastructure as part of

the Savitar Ventures Group. Brings extensive experience scaling technology-enabled services businesses in regulated infrastructure and energy environments. Focused on disciplined growth, operational reliability, customer diversification, and the integration of platform-driven workflows into field execution.

Blake Braswell

President and CEO

Brings 25 years of experience in business operations, including contracts, finance, strategy,

and process improvement in the oil and gas industry. Has led efforts in integrity management, construction management and inspection, and EPC pipeline services, with a focus on improving safety and accelerating project timelines. Previously held executive roles at Jacobs Engineering, Tulsa Inspection Resources, Chesapeake, and Atmos Energy.

Chad Green

CFO

Brings more than 25 years of experience in accounting, audit, corporate finance, and capital

markets across the energy and infrastructure sectors. His background includes capital raising, financial planning and analysis, mergers and acquisitions, and operational finance, with experience supporting organizations through growth, restructuring, and strategic change. Has served in senior finance and CFO roles for private and public companies, including Antero Resources and Antero Midstream, and began his career with Deloitte. Holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Colorado State University.

Lloyd Pirtle

Senior VP of business development

Entered the pipeline industry in 1986, with experience spanning inside and outside sales, sales management, operations

management, and market development for piping systems operators. Recently focused on business development for integrity-related services across the United States, Canada, and Latin America. Spent 25 years with TD Williamson, a company widely regarded as a leader in the pipeline sector. Holds a Bachelor of Science from Texas AandM University.

Matt LaGesse

Senior director of marketing

Brings more than 20 years of experience in energy services marketing, business development, and commercial strategy.

Previously held senior roles with Halliburton and ChampionX, supporting global upstream and midstream customers through brand development, go-to-market strategy, and complex proposal execution. His background spans sales enablement, client engagement, and growth strategy with a consistent focus on translating technical capabilities into value-focused outcomes. A graduate of Texas AandM University.

Jimmy Crawford

Director of field services

Brings 40 years of field and management experience, including 29 years as a safety professional.

Has held roles with Mid-America Pipeline, Williams Energy Services, Enterprise Products, and Tulsa Inspection Resources, and has also served the oil and gas industry as an independent safety consultant. Background spans operations, construction, maintenance, and technical disciplines. Since 2012, has worked across the inspection business in safety and compliance, operations, business development, and client relations.

Lee Shouse

VP of engineering and integrity services

A proven chemical engineer with more than 29 years of experience in new product development, plant

management, production management, plant engineering, process engineering, and sales and marketing development. Known for strong leadership, team-building, and employee motivation skills, with a track record of driving operational excellence and delivering results. Holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma.

Roger Guthrie, MS, CUSP, CSHO

Director of safety and compliance

Brings more than 25 years of oil and gas experience, with a significant portion of his career spent at Atmos Energy.

Background centers on safety, regulatory compliance, and the development of systems for reporting and operational assurance. Has held leadership roles focused on safety culture, compliance performance, and field operations with regulatory and corporate governance requirements. A trusted authority in safety and compliance systems within the energy sector.

Macy Nauss

Director of wildfire mitigation and vegetation management

Directs wildfire mitigation and vegetation management programs, combining field expertise

with data-driven planning to protect utility infrastructure, reduce ignition risk, and ensure compliance across high-priority corridors.

Heidi Meredith

Director of contracts

Brings more than 20 years of experience supporting energy and infrastructure organizations through

disciplined contract alignment and execution. Leads Paxon’s human resources programs, strengthening organizational structure, compliance, and employee development while ensuring contracts and internal processes are aligned to support consistent, effective execution.

Tanner Tibbets

Director of pipeline integrity management

Brings 25 years of experience in pipeline integrity, inline inspection, and compliance-focused program execution.

Leads integrity planning and execution across Paxon’s midstream, transmission, and distribution operations. Expertise includes ILI program development, debris field mapping, complex pigging solutions, and chemical and mechanical cleaning of midstream assets. Focused on the delivery of consistent, data-driven, and regulatory-ready outcomes that strengthen Paxon’s integrity management organization.

Amy Haley

Director of HR and Recruiting

Amy brings more than 25 years of experience in human resources, including staffing, high‑volume recruiting, talent strategy, and organizational leadership.

She has led HR functions across workforce planning, employee engagement, and leadership development, with a focus on building scalable teams and supporting operational growth. Amy previously held senior HR leadership roles across energy, infrastructure, and professional services organizations.
